TPI ASSESSMENT SCREEN
YOUR PATH TO PEAK PERFORMANCE STARTS HERE!
TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) is the world’s leading educational organisation dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing. For over twenty years, TPI has gathered the world’s largest technical database of the game’s top tour professionals as well as every-day golfers. Conversely, TPI determined how physical limitations in a player’s body can adversely affect the golf swing and potentially lead to injury. This relationship is what TPI calls ‘The Body-Swing Connection’ and is the foundation of the certification courses offered by TPI in which GOLFPREP is certified.

Tailoring Your Swing to Your Body
One size does not fit all. The philosophy is elegantly simple: golfers should align their swing style with their individual movement capabilities. TPI and GOLFPREP believe in unlocking the most efficient way for each player to swing based on their physical attributes.
Precision Prevails
The assessment screen evaluates swing mechanics, biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, and injury history. TPI adheres to the principle: “If you don’t assess, it’s just a guess.”
The TPI movement screen is a swift yet insightful test that gauges a player’s physical capabilities. The results are a roadmap, revealing how technical aspects of the swing may be linked to the body’s capabilities. Armed with this knowledge, TPI crafts a personalized plan encompassing fitness training, physical therapy, swing mechanics coaching, biomechanics, nutrition, and mental strategy – an all-encompassing approach to unlocking your best swing.
